At Tiny Trails, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort come first. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a clear and hassle-free return policy for your peace of mind.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
All accessories (rain cover, cup holder, changing bag, etc.) are included
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:
The product has been used, washed, or assembled
Packaging is damaged or missing
Items are returned after the 7-day window
Damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear & tear
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
A manufacturing defect
The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
💰 Refund Process
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size, model, or color (subject to availability)
Exchange requests must meet the same return conditions
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
For defective or incorrect items, Tiny Trails covers the return shipping
