✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories (rain cover, cup holder, changing bag, etc.) are included

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or assembled

  • Packaging is damaged or missing

  • Items are returned after the 7-day window

  • Damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear & tear

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
