🛡️ Warranty Coverage

Tiny Trails products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty materials or workmanship

  • Frame and structural defects under normal use

This warranty applies to:

  • Tiny Trails TX7 Auto-Fold Stroller

  • Tiny Trails T500 3-in-1 Baby Stroller Travel System (Chassis, Bassinet & Stroller Components)

  • Original accessories included with the product

❌ What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly

  • Incorrect storage or lack of maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, fabric fading, stains)

  • Damage caused by airline handling or third-party transport

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Car seats are only covered under warranty if used strictly according to the instruction manual.

🔧 Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault:

  1. Contact our customer support team with:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Product model name

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  2. Our team will review your claim

  3. If approved, we will arrange:

    • A repair, or

    • A replacement part, or

    • A product replacement (at our discretion)

🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • Warranty replacements may require the item to be returned for inspection

  • Shipping costs may apply depending on the claim type

  • Tiny Trails reserves the right to repair or replace parts rather than offer a full replacement
